where it all began
I have spent a lifetime—and many past lives—devoted to exploring the realms of energy, frequency, business, manifestation, astrology, animal communication, channeling, spiritual connection, meditation, past-life healing, spiritual transformation, self-empowerment, clearing trauma, holistic health, flower essences, herbs, and other healing modalities.
This journey is ever-evolving, expanding with each new discovery and connection.
While I have learned from many gifted practitioners along the way, my intuitive work, and knowledge of energy healing, self-transformation, and spiritual healing are primarily the result of my personal experience. These teachings have come through a deep connection with my spirit guides and the innate psychic and intuitive gifts I was born with. These gifts were part of my soul's blueprint when it chose this existence—and it is through them that I share my work with you.
Throughout my life, I have faced illness, chronic pain, trauma, grief, loss, shame, a disconnect from life, eating disorders, and emotional abuse. These experiences created deep imbalances and disturbances within my energy and body.
It is through this path of challenge and healing that I have come to understand the profound power of transformation—how it shapes not only our physical body but the essence of who we are and how we move through the world.
I discovered that the energetics of these patterns—whether from this lifetime or previous lifetimes—are stored within our bodies. Until these patterns are cleared, they block us from accessing soul desire, which is the key to transformation.
I also came to understand how astrology offers profound codes that can guide us in transforming our entire lives. However, many are living in the shadows of fear, disconnected from their intuition, just as I once was. This disconnection can lead us down paths of toxic relationships, addictions, chronic illness, body shame, and an overall misalignment with our true purpose. These are the very patterns that led me off my path for many years, but through astrology and energy work, I was able to realign with my soul’s blueprint and embrace my true essence.

I’ve always lived with a pack of at least 4 dogs—currently, I have 5 dogs: 4 Aussies, an Airedale, and a Lab.
I trained and competed nationally with my Australian Shepherds, earning many accolades in agility, conformation, herding, obedience, dock diving, and rally.
Nature is my sanctuary! I’m never far from a trail, whether I’m hiking or biking.
I absolutely love to travel! By car, by plane, to other countries, beaches, mountains—it’s all about the experience.
Real estate is one of my passions! I currently own four properties and plan to keep growing my portfolio every year.
I've successfully created 6 different businesses! My first business was a dog grooming salon I bought at 27, which I ran until 2022 and sold after operating it remotely for passive income.
In 2020, I made a bold move across the country with 4 dogs. It was a wild ride, but the best decision I ever made.
I didn’t meet my soulmate until I was 44 years young!
